How long will it take for my order to ship?
Standard orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. During high-demand periods or limited edition drops, processing may take up to 10 business days before shipping.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes which are the responsibility of the customer.
What is your return policy?
Items in original, unworn condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please note that music media, such as vinyl and CDs, must remain sealed to be eligible for a return.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?
Due to our automated fulfillment process, we can only guarantee changes or cancellations within 1 hour of order placement. Please contact support immediately for assistance.
How do I care for my NIN apparel?
To preserve the quality of the screen-printed graphics, we recommend washing garments inside out in cold water and tumble drying on low heat or air drying.
What should I do if my vinyl arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but if your record arrives warped or damaged, please email us a photo of the item and the packaging within 7 days for a replacement.
