The Nine Inch Nails Official Store accepts returns and exchanges for most items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition. Please note that certain limited edition items, media, and intimate apparel may be designated as final sale.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging if possible, ensuring all tags are attached and including a copy of your packing slip.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Processing and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
